Let Us "Take You For a Ride"Each Sunday, the Automobile Driving Museum offers rides in select museum vehicles. The predetermine route provides each of our museum guests the opportunity to experience what it was like to be a passenger in one of these classic cars. To ride in one of the museum vehicles, a visitor must agree and sign a waiver of liability release, leave your driver's license with our front desk prior to boarding the vehicle, and abide by the following rules: *No food or drink allowed in any museum vehicle *Rider must be at least 10 years of age *Riders between the ages of 10 and 18 may only ride in a vehicle that is equipped with seat belts *In cars equipped, all riders must use seat belts *During the ride, stay seated and keep hands inside the vehicle *Listen to drivers instructions at all times *Have Fun! Sit back, relax and and enjoy your ride! (Below is a copy of the waiver of liability release form which must be signed by each rider prior to going for a ride. Forms will be provided to each rider at the museum prior to your ride.) The vehicle selected may not have hydraulic brake systems, safety glass, turn signals and safety lights, and will not have seat belts, air bags, or any safety devices that inhibit crash damage. I understand that further risks may be associated with breakdowns and stoppages caused by mechanical problems. I also understand that other passengers or guests present may also present a potential risk of injury. I HEREBY EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE AUTOMOBILE DRIVING MUSEUM RIDE PROGRAM INCLUDING ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH RIDEING IN AN ANTIQUE OR OLD CAR THAT IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH MODERN SAFETY DEVICES. DESPITE MY UNDERSTANDING OF THE FOREGOING RISKS, I AGREE NOT TO SUE AND TO RELEASE FROM LIABILITY AND TO DEFEND INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS AUTOMOBILE DRIVING MUSEUM AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE.
