One of the Biggest Muscle Car Shows in California

muscle car show at the adm channel 5 newsThe Automobile Driving Museum hosted one of our biggest car shows on February 20th, 2021.

Over 300 cars and 1000+ spectators came out to celebrate Muscle Car Culture at the ADM in the beautiful city of El Segundo.

Attendees came from all over Los Angeles and Orange County to showcase their muscle cars to an eager crowd, and KTLA Channel 5 Morning News was there to cover it.

Although the museum remains closed to the public due to the Covid-19 restriction, the Automobile Driving Museum is getting closer to having a Grand Re-Opening date for all visitors and guests.

Since the pandemic started, the ADM closed its doors to the public but was still able to have open-air Cruise-Ins with safe social distancing, facemasks, and lots of hand sanitizer.

The crowd of muscle car enthusiasts enjoyed the many Camaros, Challengers, Chargers, Mustangs, Chevelles, and other American Muscle that pulled into the El Segundo Car Museum.

The museum’s primary income source prior to the pandemic was event space rentals and hosting live events.

With the world health crisis, our revenues dropped significantly, so we ask for any donations to keep this museum-going. Donations help towards maintaining the vehicles, upkeeping the museum, paying staff, and providing free car shows and events for the public.

The Automobile Driving Museum is an outstanding testament to the preservation of history.

As the museum continues to grow and add cars to its collection, we are grateful to our sponsors, friends, and volunteers who help us maintain our facility, keep our cars in working condition and enable our educational programs to grow and thrive.

As a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, the museum depends on the generosity and support from its private and corporate sponsors. Your gift to the museum is tax-deductible.

Aside from lots of cool cars at the Muscle Car Show, U.S. 99 Band was also playing live Classic Rock hits while people danced and boogied on down the asphalt.

We had hot and cold-brewed coffee from Atomic Cafe and Thrifty’s Ice Cream served up from our Ice Cream Parlor.

For our next Car Show be sure to subscribe to our newsletter as we will be bringing you the  Women’s Car Show and Vintage Fashion Sale.

This car show celebrating woman-owned classic vehicles will be taking place at the Automobile Driving Museum on Saturday, March 20th from 10 am till 2 pm.

All participants are welcome.
