The Automobile Driving Museum is pleased to announce we will be showing select vehicles from our collection at the Palos Verdes Concours d’Elegance. The theme of the event is “Elegance and Speed,” and the featured marques are Packard and Porsche. There are also Jaguar E-Type and Italian Speed classes represented, among others.
This year’s Concours is unique in that it will exhibit both traditional cars and classic airplanes. The event will be held at Historic Louis Zamperini Field in Torrance on October 1, 2017.
The Palos Verdes Concours d’Elegance is considered by many as one of the premiere Concours events on the West Coast, attracting top exhibitors in each class from all over Southern California and the Western United States. The Classic Car Club of America has included the Palos Verdes Concours d’Elegance on the short list of National Concours events. The Automobile Driving Museum is a major sponsor.
Beneficiaries of this event include the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Los Angeles Harbor, and the Western Museum of Flight.
The Automobile Driving Museum is showing the following vehicles at the PV Concours:
1930 Stutz Monte Carlo
1949 Frazier Manhattan
1958 Packard Hawk
